SHIPPING POLICY, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. No Exceptions will be made to this policy.
DELIVERY TO THE LOWER 48 US STATES:
All products sold at Revibe Designs during a Free Shipping promotion will be sold as such barring any extenuating circumstances. Free Shipping is for items that qualify and are going to the same location at the same time. Items that come in more than one box are excluded from Free Shipping. They are considered a bulk unit. Any multiple items going to the same address that need freight shipping are excluded for free shipping. Freight charges will be assessed and invoiced to the customer. Any questions regarding the freight charges prior please call store first before ordering. If an order is placed and part is on backorder, its up to the customer if they wish to ship only part of the order that is in stock. If this is determined, then the order does not qualify for Free shipping.
Any order consisting of up to or more than 6 units may be considered a bulk order. Bulk orders are subject to additional shipping charges, at the discretion of Revibe Designs. Should your order reach bulk status and require additional fees for shipping we will notify you via e-mail. Should your order size and or weight require shipping via freight even if it was calculated at a fed ex shipping cost and require additional fees for shipping we will notify you via e-mail. Shipping on orders that do not qualify for Free shipping and do not have to go freight are calculated based on the live rates of our carriers unless deemed eligible for free shipping, again at the discretion of Revibe Designs. Depending on size and contents parcels ship via UPS, USPS, OR FedEx. Some delivery areas such as major cities, islands that require a ferry to get too, may not be able to be shipped as free shipping. All Free Shipping is on items that can be shipped using Fed Ex, Ups, USPS, standard ground. If a furniture items needs to be shipped using a freight carrier it therefore does not qualify for free shipping. All freight carriers are to driveway or to property and are not a white glove service. They will only deliver off the truck and will not bring into house or office. If white glove inside delivery is required we will quote to client as needed. Contact us for more details.
Free Shipping promotions
Is for standard ground only, and is not applicable with any oversized or bulk orders. Due to the fact that shipping is calculated by weight , size and distance. Free shipping offers cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons. It's either the discount or the free shipping only one applies.
Live Rates/ Standard Shipping rates on some items will calculate at check out, then when we try to ship them some items get rejected and have to ship via freight. An invoice will be sent to customer for the additional charge of the cost to ship.
DELIVERY TO ALASKA AND HAWAII:
Rates are calculated based on live rates from the United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS and product weight information. Furniture order may need to go via freight carrier. Call store for quote. Please note, tracking information is limited for USPS shipments and we cannot guarantee a delivery date on International deliveries.
OVERSEAS/ AND OUT USA SHIPMENTS/ITEMS CROSSING BORDERS/CUSTOMS. All items that must cross customs and ship from over seas will be noted on product page as such. These items are not returnable , unless they are damaged upon arrival. If they arrive damaged you must not accept the order and have delivery person mark order as such. Once order has hit the shipping dept the items can no longer be canceled. Any duty's, or additional fees once product gets to border is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid are to the border. No exceptions will be made on this policy.
MORE INFO:
Standard shipping is offered for all of our products. It qualifies you for standard 2-4 weeks shipping from the date your order is processed. If items are back ordered or out of stock, you will be notified when they are back in stock. Back orders usually take 4-5 weeks but depends on product availability from the manufacture. If you are interested in expedited delivery options, please inquire. Some of the rustic farmhouse lighting gets wired as ordered , this process can take up to 4 weeks prior to shipping. All lights that have to be wired cannot be canceled once ordered. This is considered a custom order. Not all but some of the items are shipping directly from the manufacture to our distribution center or directly to the customer. All Magnolia Home items take at least 3-4 weeks to ship out. Once ordered and put into shipping status the order can not be canceled. These times frames are an estimation. All Magnolia Home products that maybe on backorder have a moving estimated time of arrival and cannot be guaranteed.
WE ASK THAT YOU TRY TO BE PATIENT. WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER THE VENDORS AND HOW LONG IT TAKES THEM TO PROCESS THE ORDER ONCE WE PLACE IT. NOR DO WE HAVE CONTROL OVER THE SHIPPING COMPANIES.
Once items have reached the shipping process they cannot be canceled for any reason.
Custom Drapery Orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to be manufactured and delivered and ship standard shipping. For more information, please inquire.
Returns- Most of Revibe Designs items including but not limited to: window treatments, bedding, lighting, hardware, pillows, rugs, art, furniture, fabric, wallpaper are made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered. Any items that do qualify to be returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%, must be returned within 7 days in the originally packaging. You must contact us about a return prior to returning it. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned using the same type of service used for delivery. (freight deliveries must be returned as freight, ground deliveries can be returned as ground). Original shipping charges if there were any associated with customers orders are not refundable. If original packaging is damaged or disposed of no return will be available. All products that are available for return must be returned in originally packaging.
BEDDING- Most bedding items are not returnable. Please call for details prior to ordering. If it is returnable it will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
All fabric is considered cut yardage and is not returnable once cut. The fabric companies will not take back fabric once it is cut and shipped.
All Magnolia Home items are considered a special order item and are not returnable.
All Paint, Amy Howard products are final sale. No returns are allowed on paint.
All vintage , antique, distressed ,reclaimed, or salvaged wood products are as is. These piece will show areas of worn, or distressed areas and may not be exactly as shown on the site due to the fact that they made from various salvaged wood species. These items are not damaged or to be considered damaged. Please call for details prior to ordering if there is any concerns regarding these items. No returns are available on these items.
All wallpaper items
Please examine the wallpaper before hanging it. Any opened wallpaper is not returnable. If you see a flaw and hang the paper no claim can be made on that purchase. Custom orders are not returnable. Hand printed papers , hand screen papers are very delicate and must be applied by a professional. The installer must examine the wallpaper thoroughly. If the installer applies the paper to the wall without examining it and then damages or finds a flaw no claim can be made.
If you do see any flaws prior to hanging the paper please notify us immediatly so we can assist and getting a replacement for you.
Rates
At checkout you will be given estimated shipping rates if item doesn't qualify for free shipping or live rate cost due to oversize shipments needing to be shipped freight versus standard UPS Fed-ex or USPS shipping, cross-country or overseas, or expedited shipping you will be notified via email and asked to authorize the change prior to your order being shipped. You will not at this point be given an estimated cost on line it will show standard shipping cost via weight until we get a quote from the shipping company.
If expedited shipping is needed, please call store for availability and pricing.
RECEIVING YOUR ITEM:
When you receive your item: Please make sure you examine the item prior to the driver leaving. Damaged items upon arrival. Customers must refuse the shipment and make sure they have photos of damage and have delivery company mark item as damaged upon arrival , order refused. If you accept the order we cannot refund any money's if you then open item and it is damaged after driver has left.
We should be notified immediately if there is an issue. Item cannot just be refused for any other reason, or no refund will be issued. Proof of damaged must be shown.
No damage claims can be made later than 7 business days.
There are no exceptions to this policy. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.
